Child Safety Standards — Mancs

Effective Date: July 2026

Mancs is a community-coordination app that helps people report and rescue lost or injured animals by connecting reporters with volunteers, transporters, veterinarians, and shelters. Mancs has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Our Commitment

We do not permit, facilitate, or knowingly allow any content, communication, or conduct within Mancs that sexualizes, endangers, abuses, or exploits minors. This applies to all user-generated content and communication channels in the app, including profile content, animal-report submissions, mission chat messages, place (POI) suggestions, and any media uploads (photos).

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Mancs and result in immediate account action:

Any image, video, text, or link depicting or sexualizing a minor.
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to arrange contact with a minor for a sexual purpose.
Sextortion, trafficking, or any exploitation of a minor for financial or other gain.
Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Using Mancs's chat, reporting, or profile features to contact or target minors inappropriately.

3. Prevention Measures

Role verification: sensitive roles (volunteer, transporter, veterinarian, shelter staff) require an application and moderator review before being granted.
Content moderation: user-submitted photos, mission chat, and place suggestions are subject to moderator review and can be reported by any user at any time.
In-app reporting: users can report any profile, message, or piece of content directly from the app; reports are routed to our moderation queue for review.
Account enforcement: confirmed violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and preservation of evidence for law enforcement.

4. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Mancs that you believe violates this policy, or that endangers a child, please report it immediately:

Use the in-app "Report" action available on profiles, chat messages, and reports/missions, or
Email us directly at szakika1997@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (username, mission/report ID, screenshots, links).

We review CSAE reports as a top priority and act promptly, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by applicable law.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Mancs cooperates with law enforcement and child-safety organizations and will preserve and disclose relevant account and content data in response to valid legal process, or where necessary to prevent harm to a child, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
