Account & Data Deletion — Mancs

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

If you have the Mancs app installed, you can request account and data deletion directly:

Open the Mancs app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Confirm the request. A verification email is sent to your registered address.
Click the confirmation link in that email to finalize the deletion request.

2. Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, you can still request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us:

Include the email address associated with your Mancs account so we can locate and verify your request. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

Response time: within 30 days under the GDPR (extendable in complex cases, with notice), and within 45 days under the CCPA.

3. What Gets Deleted, and Retention Periods
